Cashewnut Biscuit Smoothies

Method
  1. Crush biscuits coarsely.
  2. Place in electric mixer, add sugar.
  3. Add 50 ml. Milk, run to make smooth paste.
  4. Add icecream, cardamom, essence, run again.
  5. Add remaining milk, run again till very frothy.
  6. Pour into individual glasses, frothing as much as possible.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle some praline over each.
  8. Sprinkle gently to keep it from sinking below the froth.
  9. Serve chilled.

Makes : 2 large servings
Shelf Life : Best fresh

Ingredients:
3 cashewnut biscuits
250 ml. Chilled milk
1 scoop cashewnut or almond icecream (kulfi may also be used)
1 tsp. crushed dryfruit praline crushed
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
1-2 drops almond essence
