Method
  1. Place biscuits in an electric mixer.
  2. Add 50 ml. milk, run to form a smooth paste.
  3. Add all other ingredients, run mixie.
  4. Run till mixture is very frothy.
  5. Pour into individual chilled glasses.
  6. Serve chilled.

Makes : 2 large servings
Shelf Life : Best fresh

Ingredients:
2 digestive biscuits roughly crushed
2 tbsp. honey
250 ml. plain soyamilk, chilled
5-6 ice cubes, crushed
1-2 drops vanilla essence
