  1. Blend all the above ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve in the glass with few ice cubes.


Use ripen banana, since it has naturally sweet taste, additional sugar is not needed but if you really prefer sweet add 1/2 tbsp of honey.

1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
3 to 4 ice cubes
