Pineapple and Apricot Smoothie
Method
- Place the pineapple juice, yoghurt, pineapple and apricot into the blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Operate on low speed for 20 seconds, then on high speed for 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately.

200 ml - pineapple juice
200 ml - yoghurt
200 gms - pineapple
3 - fresh apricots
10 - ice cubes
