Method
- Run shelled walnuts and biscuits in mixie till powdered.
- Pour 1 cup milk in a large vessel, add walnut-biscuit powder.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, stir till well blended.
- Put to heat, bring to a boil stirring continuously.
- Add remaining milk, bring back to boil, wile stirring.
- Simmer and boil for 2-3 minutes more.
- Pour boiling hot milk from one vessel to another, to froth.
- Repeat 3-4 times till frothy.
- Pour into heatproof glasses, while still very hot.
- Top with a small blob of hardened icecream.
- Top this with the walnut half.
- Serve immediately.
