  1. Soak chana dal and tuvar dal in water for 1 hour, and drain.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together. Add water and make soft dough.
  3. Take lime size balls of dough and shape into 1/8" thick discs on greased plastic sheet.
  4. Deep fry in moderately hot oil till crisp. Cool and store.
Ingredients:
Rice flour - 2 cup
Roasted urad powder - 2 tbsp, slightly heaped
Butter - 2 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Thuvar dal - 1 tsp
Chili powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
