Method
Soak chana dal and tuvar dal in water for 1 hour, and drain.
Mix all the ingredients together. Add water and make soft dough.
Take lime size balls of dough and shape into 1/8" thick discs on greased plastic sheet.
Deep fry in moderately hot oil till crisp. Cool and store.
