Biscuity-Cashew Fudge

Method
  1. Mix together sugar, cocoa powder, butter in a heavy pan.
  2. Heat till well dissolved, stirring gently.
  3. Take off fire, mix in all ingredients, blend gently with spatula.
  4. Pour into a shallow tray, set and cool a bit.
  5. Mark out incisions and cut into pieces.
  6. Cool and store in airtight container lined with butter paper.

Making time: 20 minutes
Makes: 400gms. fudge approx.
Shelflife: 10-12 days

Ingredients:
2 small packets - marie biscuits (approx 20-25)
1 cup - coarsely crushed cashew nuts
1 tbsp - powdered almonds
3/4 cup - sugar
1/2 cup - softened butter
2 tbsp - cocoa powder
1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
1 tsp - rose water
