Method
  1. Place both herb leaves and tea leaves in a large kettle or pot.
  2. Pour boiling water over them, cover allow to steep for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour into individual cups through tea strainer.
  4. Add sugar and milk as desired.
  5. Serve piping hot, with any of the monsoon snacks.

Making time: 20 minutes
Makes: 3 servings
Shelflife: Best fresh and piping hot

Ingredients:
300 ml - water
60 ml - milk
2 sprigs - fresh mint leaves
2 sprigs - fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp - orange pekoe (long leaved) tea leaves
sugar to taste
