Add tea leaves, simmer for 2-3 minutes till water is dark brown.
Add cardamom, chai masala, sugar, and boil for 1 more minute.
Add milk, bring to a boil again. Simmer till colour is as per your taste.
Take off fire, cover, and stand for 1 minute. Strain with a tea strainer.
Pour into teacups, serve piping hot with biscuits.
Biscuits like glucose, graham, marie, etc. can be dipped in this tea and eaten with relish.
