Method
  1. Blend cooked rice, rice flour, poha, salt and dahi with water.
  2. Take out into a container and whisk well
  3. Let it stand for sometime.
  4. Add fruit salt whisk well .
  5. Heat tawa, add a little oil.
  6. Pour a laddle of batter and allow it to cook on one side.
  7. Turn, drizzle oil again.
  8. Turn, add topping and serve.

Note:
This recipe has enough carbohydrates from whole grain to provide energy through the day.

Ingredients:
1 cup - cooked rice
4 to 5 tbsp - rice flour
3 to 4 tsp - poha
1/2 tsp - salt
2 to 3 tbsp - dahi
1 cup - water
1/2 cup - onion, tomatoes, chopped coriander and green chillies for topping
1/4 tsp - fruit salt
