Method
- Blend cooked rice, rice flour, poha, salt and dahi with water.
- Take out into a container and whisk well
- Let it stand for sometime.
- Add fruit salt whisk well .
- Heat tawa, add a little oil.
- Pour a laddle of batter and allow it to cook on one side.
- Turn, drizzle oil again.
- Turn, add topping and serve.
Note:
This recipe has enough carbohydrates from whole grain to provide energy through the day.
