Method
  1. Boil tamarind extract with salt and turmeric for 10 min.
  2. Grind the ingredients in the mixer without frying.
  3. Add tomatoes to the tamarind water.
  4. Add the ground powder and boil it on slow flame for 5-7 mins.
  5. Temper with mustard seeds in ghee.
Ingredients:
1 - tamarind, lemon size (small)
1 - tomato

To grind:
2 tsp - tur dal
1 tsp - pepper
1 tsp - cumin
2 - red chillies
Curry leaves
