Capsicum curry

Method
  1. Make a cross-like cut over capsicum and carefully remove seeds; keep aside.
  2. Fry peanut, red chillies, half of the chopped onions and coriander seeds in a pan and grind to a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the remaining chopped onions fry till golden brown.
  4. Add capsicum and salt and saute on slow flame for 10 min.
  5. Then add the peanut paste and cook for 5 min and add chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
2 - medium green capsicum
2 - onions, medium, cut into fine pieces
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
3/4 cup- peanut
5-6 - red chillies
1/2 tbsp - coriander seeds
4 tbsp - oil
