Oats adai

Method
  1. Soak all the ingredients in water for 2 hours except oats and salt.
  2. Grind to idli batter consistency.
  3. Then add oats, hing powder and salt and grind for 2 to 3 mins, keep aside.
  4. Heat a tawa, drizzle oil.
  5. Pour some batter and spread to make a thin dosa.
  6. Make a small hole in the middle.
  7. Pour some oil around the adai and in the hole also.
  8. After 2 mins turn adai over and add some more oil.
  9. Serve hot with jaggery.

Ingredients:
1 cup channa dal
3/4 cup tur dal
1/4 cup urad dal
2 tbsp green gram dal
2 cups boiled rice
1 cup oats
4 red chillies
2 green chillies
3-4 peppercorns
Salt to taste
curry leaves
Asafoetida/hing powder
Oil
