Method
  1. Roast rice flour in 50g ghee; when the aroma appears, remove from fire and keep aside.
  2. Dilute the jaggery in water and strain the dirt.
  3. Mix the jaggery with the rice powder; stir in the remaining ghee.
  4. Keep stirring, when it leaves the sides of pan, add grated coconut and cardomom powder.
  5. Remove from fire. Serves 4.

100g rice flour
100g jaggery
100g ghee
5 tsp fresh coconut, grated
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup water
