Method
  1. Put ginger and mint leaves in water
  2. Bring water to boil
  3. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes
  4. Put the green tea in it
  5. Close the gas and cover the vessel with lid
  6. Let it stand for 5 minutes
  7. Strain the tea in the cup
  8. Add the boiling milk, as desired
  9. Add sugar and stir
  10. Serve hot

Makes : 1 cup
Making Time : 10 minutes

Note:
Its anti-inflammatory properties help in treating asthma

1 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp green tea
5-6 fresh cleaned mint leaves
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sugar or to taste
