Method
  1. Put oil in a kadai, fry the peeled potatoes till they are half brown.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the oil.
  3. Put in a bay leaf and 2 red chillies in the oil.
  4. Fry sliced onion and paste of garlic.
  5. Add the coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder.
  6. Add potatoes and paste of coriander leaves and stir well.
  7. Cook covered, stirring occasionally till the potatoes are well done.
  8. Add some water if required.
Ingredients:
20 - small-sized potatoes (boiled and peeled)
3 - medum-sized onions (sliced)
4 cloves - garlic
100 g - coriander leaves (made into a paste)
1 - bay leaf
2 - red chillies
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
a pinch of turmeric powder
oil
salt to taste
