Cantaloupe Ice

Method
  1. Bring water to boil in a deep vessel.
  2. Add sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar completely.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Mix in liquefied pulp and lime juice.
  5. Mix it well, do not allow to froth.
  6. Pour into icecube trays and set till firmly frozen.
  7. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 15 mins.
  8. Stir it, till the ice is mushy.
  9. Serve in paper cups.

Note:
Please alter the amount of sugar required depending on the sweetness of the fruit.

Making time: 20 minutes (excluding cooling and setting time)
Makes: 25-30 medium ices
Shelflife: 1 week

Ingredients:
250 gms - liquefied cantaloupe pulp
250 ml - water
125 ml - sugar
1 tsp - lime juice
