Method
  1. Remove the stem of capsicum
  2. Remove the seeds
  3. Boil the vegetables
  4. Mash the vegetables, add salt, coriander leaves and all the spices
  5. Mix well and stuff the capsicum with this vegetable
  6. Make a paste of besan and apply over the top of each capsicum and deep fry.
Ingredients:
500g - green capsicum
500g - mix vegetables (carrot, french bean, peas, cauliflower)
1 cup - coriander leaves
100g - besan
Oil for cooking
1 tsp - coriander powder
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1 tsp - aamchur
Salt as per taste
