Method
- Boil nuggets, squeeze out excess water.
- Make a batter of maida and salt with a little water and dip the nuggets in it.
- Fry these nuggets till golden brown.
- Chop onion and capsicum into slices and fry in a little oil.
- Puree tomato and garlic and add to the fried onion, capsicum along with tomato ketchup, soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt and black
- pepper. Fry for 5 mins.
- Add the fried nuggets and vinegar to the puree and mix well for 5 minutes.
- Now the dish is ready; can be served as starter.
