Chilli soya nuggets

Method
  1. Boil nuggets, squeeze out excess water.
  2. Make a batter of maida and salt with a little water and dip the nuggets in it.
  3. Fry these nuggets till golden brown.
  4. Chop onion and capsicum into slices and fry in a little oil.
  5. Puree tomato and garlic and add to the fried onion, capsicum along with tomato ketchup, soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt and black
  6. pepper. Fry for 5 mins.
  7. Add the fried nuggets and vinegar to the puree and mix well for 5 minutes.
  8. Now the dish is ready; can be served as starter.

Ingredients:
250g soya nuggets
100g maida
2 onion
2 capsicum
4 - tomato
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
