Method
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Take cornflour in the plate, add salt and pepper to it.
- Roll each gram in this corn flour and deep fry it.
- Drain on a tissue paper, decorate with nylon sev.
- Enjoy as starter during any time of the day.
Ingredients:
500g - fresh green gram
250g - cornflour
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
1 cup - nylon Sev
Oil for cooking
