Crispy fresh green gram

Method
  1. Heat oil in the pan.
  2. Take cornflour in the plate, add salt and pepper to it.
  3. Roll each gram in this corn flour and deep fry it.
  4. Drain on a tissue paper, decorate with nylon sev.
  5. Enjoy as starter during any time of the day.
Ingredients:
500g - fresh green gram
250g - cornflour
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
1 cup - nylon Sev
Oil for cooking
