Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add garlic and stir fry till it turns translucent and gives off a nice aroma.
- Add red chillies and cook for a min.
- Add french beans and mix.
- Add some water and salt and cook covered till done.
- Serve warm as an accompaniment to rice or roti.
Ingredients:
2 cups - French beans (chopped into bite size pieces)
5 to 6 - garlic cloves (sliced)
2 - red chillies (broken into small pieces) or 2 tsp of red chilli powder

Salt
