Golden fried baby corns

  1. Chop the baby corns.
  2. In a bowl , mix the flours, with ginger- galic paste , colouring powder, chilli powder and salt.
  3. Add little water and make the batter little thick.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, Dip the chopped baby corn in the batter and deep fry them , until golden brown.
  5. Golden fried baby corn fritters are ready to serve.

For this fritters:

10 nos of baby corns
3 tsp of maida/ All purpose flour
2 tsp of corn flour
A pinch of colouring powder and asafoetida
1 tsp of ginger- garlic paste
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
Oil for frying
