Gooseberry raita

Method
  1. Cut gooseberries in half and deseed.
  2. Grate gooseberries and grind along with green chillies.
  3. Remove to a bowl.
  4. Add a cup of curd and salt and temper with mustard seeds.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander.
  6. Serve with sambar rice, biryani or roti

Note: Two gooseberries contain your day`s requirement of Vitamin C.

Ingredients:
5 small gooseberries
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp salt
200ml/1 cup curd
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp oil
1 tsp chopped coriander
