Green chilli and aloo curry

Method
  1. In a pressure cooker, add oil then add mustard seeds.
  2. When they splutter, add onions and fry till transparent.
  3. Add green chillies, turmeric and salt.
  4. Fry for 2 minutes, then add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pressure cook up to 2 whistles.
  6. Then, before serving, add lime juice.
  7. Tastes best with pooris.
Ingredients:
5-6 - large potatoes, chopped into small cubes
6-7 - green chillies, chopped fine
1 - medium onion, chopped fine
1/4tsp - mustard seeds
Juice of two limes
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp - turmeric
Oil for cooking
