Method
  1. Boil maggi as per the packet instructions. kli>Do not add maggi masala to it.
  2. Drain the water and keep the maggi aside.
  3. Dip bread slices in water.
  4. Squeeze excess water and add it to the maggi.
  5. Add all the ingredients and maggi masala to the mixture.
  6. Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  7. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into kababs.
  8. Deep fry all the kababs till golden brown.
  9. Drain on a paper to absorb excess oil.
  10. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup along with a hot cup of tea.
Ingredients:
2 packets - Maggi
1 - onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp - ginger (peeled and grated)
8 slices - bread
1 tsp - methi leaves
1 tbsp - green chillies
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 cup - coriander leaves
2 - carrots (peeled and grated)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
