1 - onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp - ginger (peeled and grated)
8 slices - bread
1 tsp - methi leaves
1 tbsp - green chillies
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/4 cup - coriander leaves
2 - carrots (peeled and grated)
Salt to taste
