Method
- Fry the papad, onion and garlic pieces.
- Take a bowl, add the fried and crushed papad
- Then add fried onion and garlic.
- Add chaat masala, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.
- Mix well and enjoy as a party bite.
Ingredients:
8 to 10 - fried papad
1 onion
3 to 4 garlic
1 cup coriander leaves
1 green chilli
1 tsp.chaat masala
oil for cooking
