Sweet potato dal soup

Method
  1. Pressure cook sweet potato in some water upto 2 whistles.
  2. Cook dal, salt and slit green chilli in one a cup of water in the same cooker in a different container.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Skin potato, dice and grind together with dal and chilli in a blender.
  5. Add enough water to form a soup-like consistency.
  6. Remove to a serving bowl, add pepper powder and serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 - sweet potato
2 tbsp - moong dal
1 - green chilli
1/4 inch - ginger
1/4 tsp - pepper powder
Salt to taste
