Method
  1. In a pan or Karahi heat oil and add onion followed by ginger-garlic paste and saute a bit.
  2. Then add cumin powder, blackpepper powder, tomato sauce, garam masala, and salt and fry till the masala starts leaving the oil.
  3. Add the chopped soya chaap and mix well.

Method Roll

  1. Take refined flour, salt, milk and 2 tbpn of refined oil and mix them altogether.
  2. Add water if needed and make dough.
  3. Make round parathas by using (Chawka and Belan). Heat tawa and cook the parathas by applying refined oil on both sides.
  4. For serving take a paratha, place 2-3 tablespoon of prepared soya chaap the centre.
  5. Top it with sliced onions and capsicum and roll the paratha and serve.
Ingredients:
Soya chaap - 200 gms
Onion (cut into slices) - 1
Tomato cut into slices (pulp less) - 1
Olive oil - 1 tsp
Lemon - few drops
Salt to taste
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste

For the rolls, roti's or wraps you need:

Maida - 1 cup
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 cups
