Method
  1. In a large bowl add bendi and rest of the ingredients mix well and keep aside for at least 1 hour.
  2. Then in a pan or karahi add oil and fry only the bendi till done.
  3. Add all the ingredients and fry till onion turns golden brown on low flame.
  4. Serve with rice or roti.
Ingredients:
Bendi washed if big cut into half and slit at the ends
1 tsp ginger&garlic paste
1&1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt
3-4 tbsp dessicated coconut powder
1 small onion
1/4 tsp turmeric
oil for cooking
