Roasted Tomato Salsa

Method
  1. Heat the broiler to high and arrange a rack in the upper third of the oven.
  2. Place the tomato halves skin-side up on a baking sheet&. Broil until the tomato skins start to blacken and blister, about 7 minutes. Scatter the onion, garlic, Transfer the vegetables to a blender, add the measured salt, and blend into a smooth purée. Transfer to a medium heatproof bowl and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Stir in the coriander and lime juice, Kissan tomato ketchup, and season with more salt and lime juice as needed. Store in the refrigerator & use with chips or tortillas.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg very ripe tomato
2tablespoon Kissan tomato Ketchup
1/2 medium white onion, cut into slices
2 medium garlic cloves, peeled and smashed 1tespoon chili flacks
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 teaspoon lime juice
