Method
  1. Soak poha until it is soft.
  2. Mash to a smooth pulp.
  3. Add besan, turmeric, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste, amchoor and mix the above and form vada out of it.
  4. In a wok, heat oil and deep fry.
  5. Serve with tamarind chutney.
Ingredients:
300 g - poha
50 g - besan/gramflour
1/2 tsp - turmeric
1 to 2 tbsp - rice flour
1 tsp - red chilly powder
1 - chopped green chilli
coriander leaves
salt
1/2 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp - dry mango powder/amchoor
