Method
  1. Wash and cut fenugreek leaves into small pieces.
  2. Mix these leaves with the flours.
  3. Add salt, sugar and curd and knead into dough.
  4. Make small round balls.
  5. Steam it like idli.
  6. Then cut into pieces and temper with oil and mustard seeds.
  7. Decorate with coconut and coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
100g - bajra flour
25g - wheat flour
25g - besan flour
25g - curd
1 tsp - sugar
Salt as per taste
1 bunch - fenugreek leaves
1 tsp - ginger green chilli paste
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tbsp - oil
1 cup - coriander leaves
1 tbsp - fresh grated coconut
