Method
  1. Boil the potato, chop and deep fry it
  2. Reduce the milk into half on slow fire.
  3. Bring to room temperature, then add the fried potatoes, sweet boondi, cardamom and dry fruits
Ingredients:
500 ml milk
1 boiled and fried aloo/potato
50g sweet boondi
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 tsp dry fruits
Ghee for cooking
