Method
- Heat ghee in a kadhai.
- Add the flour, besan and semolina and cook till it leaves the ghee.
- Add sugar and almonds too.
- Add water stirring the mixture continuously.
- Cook for 2 mins. and serve hot.
Ingredients:
100g Wheat flour
1 tbsp. besan
1 tbsp. semolina
3 tbsp. ghee
300 ml. water
50g Sugar
15g Almonds, blanched and sliced
