  1. Heat water, soak badam in it for some time.
  2. Peel and prepare a paste.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup of single thread consistency.
  4. Mix gulkand with sugar syrup.
  5. Add 250 gm of badam paste to above paste till it becomes a thick mixture.
  6. Rub ghee in a serving tray, pour out a thin layer of badam gulkand paste.
  7. Allow to cool and cut into pieces.
  8. Garnish with silver vark.
1 kg badam/almond
1/2 kg gulkand
800gm sugar
500ml water
Silver vark to garnish
