Coffee Custard

Method
  1. Blend custard powder with a little milk.
  2. Stir the creamed mixture into the rest of the milk.
  3. Heat while stirring till the custard boils.
  4. Boil for 3 minutes. Add sugar.
  5. Beat instant coffee powder smoothly into the condensed milk.
  6. Add to the custard.
  7. Stir well. Add butter.
  8. Pour into individual bowls.
  9. Chill and serve.
Ingredients:
3 tsp - vanilla custard powder
1/2 litre - milk
4 tbsp - sugar
3 tsp - instant coffee powder
2 tbsp - condensed milk or milk or cream
25g - butter
