Method
  1. Preheat oven at 160 C.
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Sieve flour, raising agents and milk powder.
  4. Cream butter, sugar, yogurt and essence together.
  5. Add flour mixture and water alternately.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add fruits.
  8. The batter must not be too watery.
  9. Pour in dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  10. Allow cake to cool completely before serving.
Ingredients:
200 g unsalted butter
200 g powdered sugar
250 g self raising flour
50 g mixed fruits diced
almond or vanilla essence
2 tsp plain yogurt
1 tsp milk powder
2 tsp baking powder
250 ml water
