Mango and cake dessert topped with Jalebis

Method
To assemble:
  1. Crumble the cake and place in the bottom of a glass ware.
  2. Place the mango pulp over it and chill.
  3. Just before serving, top with the jalebis and serve.
Ingredients:
For the bottom layer:
Sponge cake - 1/2 kg

For the middle layer:
Alphonso pulp - 400 gms

For the top layer:
Fresh crispy jalebis - 200 gms
