Method
- Roast moong dal very well.
- Cool and grind to a fine powder.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder to the ground dal.
- Mix well and slowly add as much warm ghee as needed.
- Shape into laddus and decorate with cashewnuts or raisins.

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Cashew nuts, raisins
