Method
  1. Mix jaggery, coconut and khoya and cook on a slow fire till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel. Reserve.
  2. Mix semolina, atta and oil to make a smooth batter with water or milk.
  3. Heat a griddle and smear a little oil on it. When the oil smokes, pour a ladle of batter on it and spread it thinly with the ladle in a round shape.
  4. Put some filling on the cooked round and roll it and remove to a plate.
  5. Prepare all the pancakes in the same way.
  6. Serve with cream.

1 cup semolina
1 cup wholewheat flour (atta)
1 cup cream
1 tbsp. oil
A little milk (optional)

For the filling:
1 cup jaggery
1 coconut, grated
1 cup khoya
