Method
- Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp ghee, fry badam and then raisins.
- Transfer to a plate. Add poha and fry on a low flame till it is gloden brown.
- Allow to cool.
- Powder poha and sugar in a mixer.
- In a bowl, mix this powder, fried badam and raisins
- Heat remaining ghee and add to the mix. Make balls.
Ingredients:
3 cups - poha
1 cup sugar or (natural brown sugar)
4 nos - badam
A small cup of raisin
Elachi powder
1/2 cup - ghee
