Method
- Lightly heat ghee in a kadai or a heavy bottomed vessel.
- Add the wheat flour and saute on a low flame till brown.
- Stir continuously.
- Add sugar and saute till the sugar melts.
- Remove from gas and cool for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Divide the mixture in equal portions and while they are still hot, make the ladoos.
Ingredients:
500 gms - wheat flour
250 gms - sugar
1 3/4 cup - pure ghee
