Method
  1. Lightly heat ghee in a kadai or a heavy bottomed vessel.
  2. Add the wheat flour and saute on a low flame till brown.
  3. Stir continuously.
  4. Add sugar and saute till the sugar melts.
  5. Remove from gas and cool for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Divide the mixture in equal portions and while they are still hot, make the ladoos.
Ingredients:
500 gms - wheat flour
250 gms - sugar
1 3/4 cup - pure ghee
