Method
  1. In a thick bottom vessel,add wheat flour and 1 cup of ghee

  2. Fry till the mixture starts to give out an aroma and turns slightly to brown color.

  3. Allow it to cool for about 5 min.

  4. While still warm, add sugar, dry fruits, Cardamom.

  5. Make ladoos by adding the rest of the ghee little at a time.

Ingredients:
1 cup of wheat flour(chapati aatta)
1 cup of fine sugar(if you want more sweet you can add more also)
2 cup of ghee
1/2 cup of dry fruits powdered(Cashewnuts,Badam(almonds))
5-6 Cardamom (Elaichi) powdered
