Gond Panjeeri Ka Laddoo

Method
  1. Keep the gond in the sun to dry well.
  2. Grind it into chana dal sized pieces.
  3. Heat ghee and fry the gond.
  4. When it has puffed fully, remove from ghee and keep aside.
  5. Roast the flour in the remaining ghee till light brown on low heat.
  6. Mix fried gond, powdered sugar, powdered cardamom and chopped almonds.
  7. Divide the mixture into 15 portions and shape each portion into a laddoo.
Ingredients:
500 g - wheat flour
125 g - gond (gum)
250 g - powdered sugar
350 g - ghee
1/2 tsp - powdered cardamom
100 g - chopped almonds
