Microwave Almond Burfi

Method
  1. Soak the almond in water for 2 hours.
  2. Peel out the skin of the almond.
  3. Blend the almonds with very little milk.
  4. Grind like rawa.
  5. Take big microwaveable bowl and mix together almonds paste, condense milk and milk powder.
  6. Now cook it in microwave for first 5 mins.
  7. Stir it and cook it again for 3 to 4 mins.
  8. Now add cardamom powder and mix well.
  9. Spread the mixture on a greased cookie sheet.
  10. Cut to desired shapes.
Ingredients:
1 cup - almond
1 tin - sweet condense milk
1 tin - milk powder (measure with empty tin of condense milk)
� tsp - cardamom powder
2 tbsp - ghee
milk enough to blend
