  1. < p align = justify>Roast ragi with 1 tsp ghee, remove from heat mix in sugar powder and elaichi.
  2. < p align = justify>Wait till comfortable temperature to form unde (balls/ladoo), (lemon size)
  3. < p align = justify>Ready to eat.

P.S. Roast ragi flour for about 5 to 8 min, just taste a little so its not powdery kind of taste.

Ingredients:
1 cup Ragi Powder
3/4th cup confectioners Sugar
1/4 tsp Elaichi (cardamom) Powder
