Method
- < p align = justify>Roast ragi with 1 tsp ghee, remove from heat mix in sugar powder and elaichi.
- < p align = justify>Wait till comfortable temperature to form unde (balls/ladoo), (lemon size)
- < p align = justify>Ready to eat.
P.S. Roast ragi flour for about 5 to 8 min, just taste a little so its not powdery kind
of taste.
