Method
- First of all take a wide kadai.
- Heat it and add ghee.
- Then add rava and fry for 7 minutes stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat once fried.
- Now add sugar in the hot rava mix well along with powdered cardamoms and fried nuts.
- Then carefully add milk and keep adding until it becomes a little wet.
- Then make them into ladoos.
- Always be careful while adding milk see that the ingredients are a little wet.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg - bombay rava
1/4 kg - sugar
100 ml - milk
20 g - ghee
10 - badam
10 - cashewnuts
10 - kismiss
5 - cardamom
