Method
- Heat ghee and gently fry the semolina till golden.
- Better to fry it on low heat.
- When the ghee separates out, add sugar and milk and continue cooking till the mixture thickens.
- Add the nuts and remove from heat and allow it to cool.
- Sprinkle powdered cardamom and form into balls.
Note : Can also add 1-2 drops of rose essence after taking out from heat to give a different flavour.
