Method
  1. Soak the rice & dal and make a paste like vada batter along with salt.

  2. Take a pinch of the batter & deep fry .when its become golden colour, take it out the vada & squeeze the oil.

  3. Mean while boil the milk in to = a lit.,then add sugar & cardamom powder in it.

  4. Add the vada in the milk and soak it properly.

You can use the oil mixing with 100 grm ghee.

Ingredients:
Raw Rice - 4 cup
Urad dal - 3 cup
Milk - 1 lit
Sugar - according to your taste
Oil for deep fry
Cardamom a pinch
Salt
