Method
Peel and slice apples.
In a saucepan, put sliced apples, honey, lemon rind and water.
Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
Spoon into a greased tin and carefully add the topping.
Mix cornflakes and sugar and gently work in margarine.
Bake at 180ÂșC until it turns golden brown.
